Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
Confirm that you have read and agreed to the provided Terms and Conditions.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for transactions made with Ko-fi. Are also ,not offered unless I am unable to complete your artwork.
Refunds are possible only if i cannot fulfill your order due to complexity or delayed over the limit wait time.
Delivery time is 1-3 months, being 3 months the limit, after that if i cant finish your commission we can discuss refunds.
3. Payment & Minors
Payments accepted via Paypal and Ko-fi, i accept cashapp by ko-fi purchase. Pix for brazilians.
You must be 18+ I dont offer nsfw commissions and will not accept work if you are a minor.
You must use your own money for payment. If you are paying the art for a friend no problem, just let me know!
4. Art Sharing Guidelines
Always credit me when sharing my art.
Do not remove my signature.
Use commissioned artwork for personal purposes only; no commercial use.
5. Ownership and Usage Rights
For Adopts and Customs.
You have the freedom to redesign and resell characters purchased from me.
You can use the characters as you wish, including NSFW content.
6. Work-in-Progress Updates
Updates on the work-in-progress will be provided. Major changes are allowed during the sketch phase.
Limited changes during the lineart and coloring phases; pose, character, and major alterations not allowed.
Examples of acceptable changes:
Pose changes (e.g., hand position)
Color correction
Pattern correction
